How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your account by either:
1. Logging in to the CampusBridge app and using the Delete Account option (if available), or
2. Reaching out through our [Contact page](https://campusbridge.in/contact) with:
- Your registered email address or mobile number
- Your school name
- Your reason for requesting deletion (optional)
What will be deleted
After verification, we will permanently delete:
- User account
- Profile information
- Personal details associated with the account
- Authentication credentials
What may be retained
Some information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Financial or payment records
- Audit logs
- Records required by schools for legal or regulatory compliance
Processing time
Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
