These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CampusBridge website, web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by CampusBridge, owned and operated by Surendra Dagumati, Sole Proprietor, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("CampusBridge", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms apply to:

  • https://campusbridge.in
  • CampusBridge web and mobile applications
  • Self-hosted and licensed versions of CampusBridge

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.


1. Definitions

School means any educational institution subscribing to CampusBridge.

Authorised User means any administrator, principal, teacher, staff member, parent, student, driver, accountant, librarian, HR personnel, or any other user authorised by the School.

Content means all information, records, files, documents, images, videos, messages, reports, and data entered into or generated through the Services.

Subscription means any paid or trial plan offered by CampusBridge.

Services means the CampusBridge website, web application, APIs, mobile applications, self-hosted software, and related services.


2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for use by:

  • Schools
  • Colleges
  • Educational institutions
  • Coaching centres
  • Educational organisations
  • Authorised Users approved by a subscribing institution

Users must have the authority to use the Services on behalf of their institution.


3. Account Registration

The School is responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Managing user accounts
  • Protecting passwords
  • Assigning appropriate permissions
  • Disabling inactive accounts

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.


4. Subscription Plans

CampusBridge may offer:

  • Monthly SaaS Subscription
  • Annual SaaS Subscription
  • Lifetime License
  • Self-Hosted License
  • White-Label License
  • Source Code License
  • Enterprise Plans

Features vary depending on the selected plan.


5. Free Trial

CampusBridge may provide a free trial.

  • No credit or debit card is required.
  • Trial features may be limited.
  • We may modify or discontinue the trial at any time.

6. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through authorised payment providers such as Razorpay.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Subscription fees are payable in advance.
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Schools are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.


7. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds are not provided.
  • Unused subscription periods are not refundable.

8. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Violate applicable laws
  • Upload malicious software
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Interfere with system security
  • Distribute spam
  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material
  • Reverse engineer the SaaS platform except where expressly permitted under a separate source code licence

9. School Responsibilities

The School is solely responsible for:

  • Student records
  • Parent information
  • Attendance records
  • Examination data
  • Fee information
  • User management
  • Password policies
  • Obtaining required legal consents

The School shall obtain all required permissions and parental or guardian consent before collecting or processing:

  • Student personal data
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • GPS tracking data
  • Biometric attendance
  • Health information

CampusBridge acts only as a technology platform and Data Processor.


10. Data Ownership

All institutional data entered into CampusBridge remains the property of the respective School.

CampusBridge does not claim ownership of customer data.


11. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Schools acknowledge that they remain responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws regarding data they upload.


12. Intellectual Property

CampusBridge owns all rights, title, and interest in:

  • Software
  • Source code (unless separately licensed)
  • User interface
  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Documentation
  • APIs
  • Designs
  • Branding

No ownership rights are transferred except as expressly agreed in writing.


13. Self-Hosted Licences

Customers purchasing a self-hosted licence receive the right to install and operate CampusBridge within their own infrastructure under the applicable licence agreement.

Support, updates, and maintenance may require a separate maintenance agreement.


14. White-Label Licences

Where a White-Label Licence is purchased, the customer may customise branding in accordance with the applicable licence agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the software remain with CampusBridge.


15. Source Code Licences

Where source code is licensed:

  • Usage is governed by a separate written agreement.
  • Ownership of intellectual property remains with CampusBridge unless expressly assigned.
  • Public redistribution or resale of the source code is prohibited unless expressly authorised.

Support is available through:

  • Email
  • Phone
  • WhatsApp

Business Hours:

Monday – Saturday

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)

Support response times may vary depending on the subscribed plan.


17. Service Availability

CampusBridge is provided on a best-effort basis.

Although we strive for reliable availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Scheduled maintenance may occasionally interrupt access.


18. Third-Party Services

CampusBridge may integrate with third-party providers including:

  • Razorpay
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Maps
  • Firebase
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
  • SMS Gateways
  • WhatsApp Business API
  • GPS Tracking Providers
  • Video Meeting Providers
  • Biometric Devices

CampusBridge is not responsible for failures or interruptions caused by third-party providers.


19. Data Export

Upon termination, Schools may request export of available master data within thirty (30) days.

After this period, data may be permanently deleted.


20. Suspension & Termination

CampusBridge may suspend or terminate Services if:

  • Subscription fees remain unpaid.
  • These Terms are violated.
  • Illegal activity is detected.
  • Continued access presents a security risk.

Schools may terminate their subscription at any time.


21. Confidentiality

Both CampusBridge and the School agree to protect confidential information received during the course of providing the Services.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed except where required by law or with the other party's consent.


22. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampusBridge disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampusBridge shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions caused by third parties

CampusBridge's total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the School during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.


24. Indemnification

The School agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CampusBridge against claims arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Unlawful use of the Services
  • Customer Content
  • Failure to obtain required legal consents
  • Infringement of third-party rights

25. Force Majeure

CampusBridge shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fire
  • Internet failures
  • Power outages
  • Government actions
  • Labour disputes
  • Cyber attacks
  • Failures of third-party infrastructure

26. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.


27. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.


28. Changes to These Terms

CampusBridge may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription or licence agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Services.
