For information entered into the Service by a subscribing institution, the School acts as the Data Fiduciary (Controller) and CampusBridge acts as the Data Processor, processing information only on the documented instructions of the School.

CampusBridge acts only as a technology platform and Data Processor for information uploaded by the School.

Export availability may depend on the subscribed plan and technical limitations.

If information is processed outside India in the future, appropriate safeguards will be implemented in accordance with applicable law.
